Wednesday January 02, 08 09:34 AM - rental property sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok let me start with im fucking broke!!!!!!!!!! why you ask? after all i work 60 hrs a week. i make decent money. well you could argue it beeing the wife a kids but NO!! its the damn rental i bought 6 years ago and havent stopped feeding money into it since. how about the two ppl who have died in the fucker in the last year. and one of wich was like a brother to me. oh you say sell it ? well i would if i didnt have about $30,000 into it. yeah 30,000!!!!! what the fuck dude? i could never get that back in selling it and im not willing to take that kind of loss. oh and the certificate of occupancy is up and it has to be inspected in february. again i say what the fuck dude!!!!!!!! i should have never bought this fucking building. but the problem is that i had to because i had a little brother and my mother who would have been homeless if i hadnt. and my mother still hasnt gotten on her feet in 6 fucking years. so ive been flipping the fuckn rent for her for the last 4 years. yeah 4 years.AGAIN I SAY AND FOR THE LAST TIME WHAT THE FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
