I love wrestling its so much fun...and im a girl..but its really getting me down mentallly and physically, going days without food to make weight and feeling like shit when you until you see that scale say ur weight class isnt fun...but i still love it and plan to stick with it, im just thinking about what i should do to balance things out so i dont feel so damn stressed...any suggestions?
